Apprentice Changing Name - Update Agreements?

Hello all - we have a learner who has recently transitioned and has legally changed their name and gender. This is the first instance I've had of an apprentice who has legally transitioned, and I wanted to confirm if their agreements should be updated? I can't see it mentioned in funding rules, but it doesn't sit right with me that their agreements are in their dead name. Any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks!

Yes, I think I'd update them, or, at the very least put a note on their file. Don't forget to update their LRS record as well, so that it all matches up (and, obviously, if they're already registered with the EPAO that will need updating too!)
