It's in the PSM (had to check!)
Use the delivery postcode basically.
(I think it's "don't use ZZ99 9ZZ" because then you won't get any area cost/disadvantage uplift

Do you know how to record a homeless learner on the ILR - do we put the postcode of the nearest Job Centre Plus as their postcode?
