The ESFA example is top-level and shows modules in the example, but you can expand this section to include the detailed training plan required for the standard you are delivering and as per the guidance For standards with a mandatory qualification(s) this must be, as a minimum, a list of the units. For standards without a mandatory qualification this must be a description of the activities that the apprentice will undertake to develop occupational competency.
It is simply a detailed training plan which includes the planned OTJ training hours and method of delivery.

Best Practice Commitment Statement
Created
Good Morning All,
We are currently reviewing all our current paperwork and I am keen to understand others take on aspects of the paperwork for best practice and knowledge enhancement. I am looking to explore the commitment statement contents especially around the plan of delivery, P66.6 of the funding rules:
"The planned content / components. For standards with a mandatory qualification(s) this must be, as a minimum, a list of the units. For standards without a mandatory qualification this must be a description of the activities that the apprentice will undertake to develop occupational competency. It must also be clear if the component has been used towards the calculation of the minimum 20% off-the-job training requirement"
I would love to see others templates on how the funding rules have been but understand that companies may not want to share documents - if happy to share please let me know and I shall drop you a message. If not would love a response on how you layout the commitment statement for example, do you document a description that details things like "will be delivered by face to face training, workshops etc." or are you just simply documenting it is delivered by the provider or the employer.
The template EFSA only shows module based only and does not go into detail.
Many Thanks
Sarah
