Adding Non-levy return from BIL learners to DAS

Edited

Hi All,

We have a few non-levy learners who started before April 2021 so were never added to DAS. However, they have been on a BIL and will return after April so will need to be added to DAS now.

My question is, does anyone know if we need to reduce the funding on DAS to match the proportion of funding remaining or do we leave it as the full value of the original TNP?

Thank you!

They remain as ACT 2 and you will have the funding allocated in the carry over precured non-levy contract.

The price recorded on the new programme aim should be the same as the price prior to the break in learning unless you and the employer have negotiated a new price for the programme.

Hi Martin,

Thanks for the quick response! So just to clarify, although they remain as ACT 2 they will still need to go on DAS?

They would only go on DAS if they were a levy payer.

ACT is the contract type not levy/non-levy.
