We are looking at our Learner Support policy for 19-24 Traineeships and I have been asked to find out what income threshold providers use for awarding it. Currently we say household income must be less than £26,100 but we are wondering should we be using the low wage figure as the threshold? Also, should it be household income for adults or should we follow the AEB guidance for full/co-funded?
I can't find any specific guidance on what should be used but if there is any I would be happy to be directed to it.
