I have a learner that is at the gateway stage and changing employer. The new employer is worried about associated costs, the learner is out of funding for the practical period so would this just be the TNP 3 as 0 and the TNP 4 cost for EPA to record on the ILR and for the new employer?

In these circumstances we show the 20% completion payment as the cost to the new employer. On the ILTR anything above the cost of the EPA we then show as training. Unless you provide the "headroom" for the 20% I don't believe you will get it !
