There is more than one record for this ULN

Hi. We have one learner who we withdrew in March, but also started a new apprenticeship on a new learning aim in March, but on separate MIS systems. Therefore the ILR submission detects multiple ILR entries in the same month.

Any ideas how i can get this learner withdrawn on one MIS system and started on another within same month? 

Maybe im missing an obvious solution here.

Hi Adam.

This error is a little misleading - what it's actually trying to say is that you have two records for the same ULN, but they each have a different ULIN. You'll need to update your new system so it records the same ULIN as the old system.

We have a learner who successfully completed their Level 2 apprenticeship course in March of this year. The learner began another apprenticeship programe on June 25, and this information has been entered into the ILR system. However, the ILR submission is flagging multiple records with the same ULN, even though previous Learner Reference Number was recorded to the recent record.

Could you please advise on how this error can be resolved?

Hi Eddie,

Have you been paid your completion payment? What is the AchDate for the Apprenticeship Standard is there any overlap in dates based off the AchDate vs Start date on new apprenticeship?

Just want to rule out you're not looking at "End Date" which would be the date the practical part ended & learner went into Gateway etc.

The completion payment has been received. There is no overlap in dates. The learner's achievement date (EPA) was March 25

HI Eddie, 

You will need to add prior attainment from the course he withdrew in March and that should hopefully solve the error.
