New Employer - ILR

Hi Guys

Im just trying to clarify with a new Employer. The apprentice has started at a new employer. We have sorted the Apprenticeship Service aspect.

I've added the Residual TNP payments but do you need to Withdraw the learner and restart on the ILR? As im currently getting a Upload Error without a restart.

New TNPs AND new EmpStat record is what you need. You don't withdraw/restart.

I have the new Employer Record and I tried new TNPs too. I wonder why I'm getting an error? Its saying that the Employer has stopped payments.

I wonder if its just not picking up the new Employers record on the App Service.

So is it just a DLOCK rather than an ILR error?

Has the old employer stopped it earlier than anticipated? Is the new employer DAS record fully confirmed?

Also, absolutely submit it with an error anyway, doesn't stop you getting paid for everything else and, depending on which DLOCK it is, it might not even stop you getting paid for this...
