Incorrect ULN for learner

Hi, wonder if someone can just confirm what i am about to do is correct?
It came to light that one of our learners has been under the incorrect ULN (for some years now) the LRS team have been in touch and we are correcting this as we speak. Just wanted to confirm what i think i need to do:
Register our learner to create a new ULN
Update our Pics program with new ULN so this will get updated on the next ILR (R9)
Update our End Point assessment team with new ULN
Close down her old ASA account. Then create a new one which can then be attached to her new/correct ULN (as per the below guidance in a previous post)
Hope this all makes sense...please let me know if i am missing anything, TIA
