Good afternoon everyone.
Fairly new to this and have searched the main provider manual and ILR manual (maybe I am just missing it) but out of interest (as I am sure this will come up) can I ask how everyone records a non starter (codes and dates etc). Kind regards Faye

You do not include non-starters in the ILR, you should mark them to exclude from ILR in your MI system.
The qualifying period for funding is 42 days, you should record the learner in the ILR as normal but as they have withdrawn prior to the qualifying period they are excluded from the QAR and your statistics.
