DLOCK_10 Issue

We have 2 learners who left their previous employers in November of last year (2021) and the employer stopped things on DAS in November 2021.  They were withdrawn with November dates although they have since re-started with a new employer - who has not yet set things up on DAS and they have been set up as a new episode.  However, we are getting a DLOCK_10 error for the original employer.  

Any advice on how we can sort this or is it somehow connected to the new episode?

Hi,

I would just go to the old record if you have it and see if you have the ability to 'change employer'.  If you do then use that option instead creating a new start date and planned end date / and cost.  It could be that this is now in place to deal with possible duplicates in the system being created.
