Wendy Kay I've also got this, have you had a resolve yet? We've got learners that are showing on DAS as a mismatch but they don't come off in the mismatch report when you submit an ILR. All learners been on since between Nov 2020 and Oct 2021 with no issues and been paid all that time then suddenly just appeared in the last month as an issue.

Still waiting for a reply on this one. Ours didn't show up on the mismatch report until R7 so would keep an eye on that. Ours were all ok until we started adding EPA information.
Will let you know what happens when we get a reply. It has been escalated to tech level 2 as no one seems to know how to fix it.

We are aware of an issue within the apprenticeship service where the training provider gets a data mismatch notification in their apprenticeship service account, but has not changed any information in the individualised learner record (ILR).
Can you please check your Apps Monthly Payment Report to to ensure you are still getting paid for these learners?
If you are receiving payments, then ignore the notification. It is incorrect and we’re working to fix it.

Can anyone explain why a learner on the DAS for a while with no issues would suddenly have a data mismatch. We knew about 1 which the data service is working on but now have quite a few that have appeared in the last week or so.
I have checked all of the details on my MI system and they are correct ie ACT1 records are correct etc.
