Apprentice changes their address from UK to overseas

Hi there.
We have had an apprentice that has changed their address from the UK to Overseas whilst claiming they are still working full time in the UK but moving between the 2 locations. We are establishing some separate internal queries but I have tried reading through guidance and I am struggling to find anything that refers to an address. Is an apprentice ok to not be living full time in the UK whilst on a programme ? funding model 36.

Probably? It's definitely more about working in England than where they live (see those living in Wales or Scotland for a slightly more closer to home example!), which is why I think you're struggling to find anything in the Rules.
