I mean, I'd expect them to be in your R08 if they're on-programme (and, if you're confirming them mid-April, then I'm guessing they're on programme now?)?
Of course, now you're asking, I've no idea where any of this is actually written down, but it's a truth universally acknowledged that learners you are delivering to should be in your ILR? Why wouldn't they be? They're not Apprenticeship Returns, they're Everything Returns?
They'll pop up in your FRM reports if they're on SLC records and not (flagged correctly) in your ILR.

Hello,
If we update a learner as 'confirmed in attendance' on the SLC site in mid April is this learner then expected to be included in our P09 submission to the ESFA as part of the appprenticeship claim?
Where is this guidance published?
