Hi all,

Just doing a policies review and I was wondering, for subcontractors that you stopped subcontracting a few years ago with, would you still need document and retention policies, sustainability policies, etc from them on an annual basis?

You mean after your contractual relationship with them has finished? I can't see why that would be a thing, even in the crazy world of ESF?

Steve Hewitt - yeah, after the contractual relationship has finished. I just wondered, especially if someone had updated their document and retention policy - changed their archiving/storage details, etc. Would that be a thing?

Um, no? Subbies shouldn't be holding original documentation anyway, the Prime should have all of that, at which point it doesn't really matter what they do?
