but, on the basis that they're legally in the country and not on student visa, anyone in that circumstance is fundable (which, I think, is why they don't go into detail in the Guidance itself).
Can anyone confirm if the English / Maths Condition of Funding applies to refugees?
I'm sort of assuming by omission that it does—ie. anyone legally in the country (less those on a study visa, as mentioned above) is eligible for funding under the same conditions as anyone else.
Obviously in the case of refugees there might be specific factors which make it more difficult for them to prove that they do hold an equivalent qualification, so I just wanted to double check that there's not some specific exemption that I'm overlooking?

Hi,
I know AEB funding rules have been updated to include eligibility for Ukrainian refugees, but what about any who are under 19? Are they fundable?
