Hi, we have a learner on the Post-16 monitoring report FRM27 - does anyone know what happens with this report once the data is checked and believed to be correct? The guidance shows If there are errors outstanding in this report at R14, we will recover any funding overclaim - does that mean this learner will remain on this report if after data checks there is funding to be recovered until R14?

If you check it and what you've reported is accurate, then you have to leave it. And, yes, this means they may clawback any overpayments at R14.
