Small Employer Indicator

Happy Friday Everyone
I have found an apprentice record where the small employer indicator wasn't ticked and therefore co-investment payments are due. The indicator should have been ticked, and now has been, which has taken off the co-investment payments due for 21/22 but they are still showing as due from 20/21 and the achievement payment is being withheld because of this.
Could anyone advise what I need to do to resolve this? It is just a case of contacting the service desk directly?

I'm afraid so... Had one of these myself last year. Would get your request in NOW as mine took four months to get approval to use the special LDM code...
