Levy Transfer not accepting cohort

Hi there
We have a small employer who has successfully been giver Levy Transfer money from a Levy employer. I have opened the cohort and sent it to the Levy employer but they have not accepted it and it has been sat there for 5 weeks!
We are in limbo as these learners have all enrolled in March and the small employer is entitled to the incentive payment but I have no contact details for the Levy company to get them to push it through.
Has anyone got any advice on where we go from here.
