Hi there,
All training and delivery elements are conducted by the main provider but two of the mandatory ticket courses are being externally verified by exam by an external awarding organisation (e.g. British Marine).
Does this need a subcontract or not, thoughts?
I'm assuming not.

No, it is only subcontracting where the delivery of apprenticeship training and / or on-programme assessment is from a third party.
