Can we still claim achievement payment for learners who we did not claim Maths and English funding for but are now out of funding on their main aim?
We have a couple of learners who are now out of funding on main aim but are still yet to achieve Maths and English. If we can ensure these complete before entering into EPA, are we still eligible for the completion payment on main aim?

So, they can't go to Gateway without the proof they've got M&E. Once you've got that, they'll go to Gateway and then, once they've completed their EPA, you can claim the completion payment, there is no real time limit to it.
Thanks Steve. Yes we will ensure E&M are completed before entering gateway but i just needed clarification we wouldn't miss completion payment if they have gone slightly over planned end date without completing their E&M in time.
