Care Leavers Bursary - Payment to Apprentice

Hi All,
I have 2 apprentices where I have requested the CLB via the ILR using EEF4, after several support tickets apprentice 1 claim seems to be stuck at ESFA end from Feb 22 trigger, apprentice 2 started March 22, I am hoping the payments will be visible after R10 reports are generated.
Any advice on where the payments are recorded on either ILR or Period End reports?
I assume, Apps monthly payment report, columns:
Month (Period) apprentice additional payments
Total apprentice additional payments
Our finance team keep checking remittances but so far nothing stands out for this.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

First check the payment is indicated in the Apps Indicative Earnings Report then check the Apps Additional Payments Report, the Type of additional payment Colum (Apprentice) and the payment should be indicated in the same row under the month earned and paid.
