I have been trying to get my replacement access to this forum for over month now when he logs on it says he will only be able to post, reply and subscribe once ESFA have approved the account for this community.  We need to get him access soon as I am leaving my organisation.

If your replacement has not had their account approved then they should  email customer.experience@education.gov.uk

Ajay ESFA are you able to assist. My new colleague needs his account authorised before I leave the organisation.

Your replacement will need to email customer.experience@education.gov.uk, you cannot do it for them.

I'm very sorry about that Rachel. We've now approved your colleague's request to join Communities. I'll email them separately to make sure they can now get in.
