Main thing is he has to be EMPLOYED until the end of the EPA?
If he's moving because of his job, then it's going to be down to the EPAO I'd have thought? No rule saying you have to do the EPA in England that I'm aware of? But, if he's quitting his job to leave the country, he'll be a withdrawal.

We have an apprentice that will be moving to Tanzania before be is able to complete his EPA. he has completed the degree and Is it possible to complete remotely or does he have to physically be in England to complete?
