Hi, we have an Apprentice who has lost her Employer for various reasons ie not following simple instructions etc. She has not been made redundant and has been for an interview with another possible employer and is currently waiting to hear. Does anyone know how to code the ILR, I know you update the Employment Status to not in employment but looking for work, is this all I need to do until we find out what is happening? Thanks in advance.

On securing a new employer she can continue, if within 30 days then you add a new employment status and residual price, if not then you must withdraw her from the last day in learning with the previous employer and create a restart record for the new employer.
