I have a query regarding learning support funding;
For learners that started in the 2020/2021 funding year do the funding rules for claiming learning support carry forward with the individual into the current funding year 2021/2022?
The 2021/2022 funding guidance states that: "The 2021 to 2022 funding rules apply to apprenticeships starting between 1 August 2021 and 31 July 2022".

New rules would only apply to starts relating to the funding year, but Clarifications can apply to starts in previous years.
