EPA with new employer in another county

We have a learner who has accepted a new job in Sheffield (Yorkshire). We are based in Carlisle (Cumbria). The learner will probably only require employed as an apprentice to complete her EPA as she will be through the gateway prior to her moving employers.
Is there any restrictions / boundries on how far away the employer is?
I am just not sure if contracts with the ESFA have any county boundries anymore!

Nope, as long as the job is more than 50% in England, it's fine.
