Hi, we have recruited an apprentice for a company and they want them to start employment in July but enrol on the apprenticeship in August. Will, they still get the payment £500/£500, or does the enrolment have to be done on the first week of employment.

The incentive payment is paid for all 16-18 apprentices whether they are new employees or not, so it wouldn't be affected by start date.
