Hi,
Can anyone please explain
P45.3 The apprentice must be involved in active learning (off the job or English and maths) throughout the apprenticeship, from the LSD tp LAED (The practical period) . Should this not be "off the job AND English and maths". We have had someone question the interetaion as it could be one or the other to one of the other to qualify as delivery of off the job.

Yeah, no, that's the intention, that it can be "real" OTJ or Maths/English within the four week period, as long as they've done *something* to show they are in [retch] "active learning".
As off-the-job training does not include English and maths then it ‘OR’ as if they have had some training in the 4 weeks then you are eligible to claim funding.
