We have an employer who has had apprentices with us previously that now wants to do a L5 themselves.
They have indicated that they are self-employed , however they are also in partnership with another person for running their business.
Are they eligible for the apprenticeship and if so, would their business partner be suitable to act as their mentor/line manager for the purposes of the apprenticeship?
