I would like to revisit a post originally from Sarah Wartnaby on 18/11/2021 - I thought I had seen somewhere in the funding guidance that if a learner is funded by ACT2 and changes employer then we can process the change of employer but leave the ACT as ACT2 (no need for the new employer to create a DAS Registration) - can anyone confirm where I can find this in the funding guidance AND does this apply if the learner is changing to a Levy paying employer?
