60331148 sense check on funding please

Hi can anyone please confirm that qualification 60331148 is only available to new starts through legal entitlement?

Find a learning aim just says adult skills last date for new starts 2023 but when I check the ESFA list of quals approved for funding it says local flex funding approved ends 31/7/2022

Which means it would only be available if it was their first full l2?

The ICT users qualifications at Level 2 has ESFA funding approval removed from 1 August 2022.

No as it is still funded for Aims specific to Mayoral Combined Authorities (MCA) and Greater London Authority (GLA).
