Apprentice Loses Employment after Min Duration

Edited

None

Hi Guys

I cant find an answer to this in the Funding Guidance.

So we have a learner who has quit his Employment after they have completed 12+ Months on there apprenticeship, the Learner is ready for EPA.

IS the learner still Eligible? P31 of the funding guidance talks about Min Duration (Which has been achieved) however P76 mentions that any learner who loses Employment becomes non eligible.

Not sure if this relates to a learner who is ready for EPA. Your help would be appreciated.

Regards

Andy

If they're not employed (all the way until they complete EPA), they're not an apprentice. The only exception is those made redundant, not those who quit.

Had a feeling that was the case. Cheers Steve
