Hi,

 

Looking for some advice please.

I have just notified one of our employers that we have had the initial £500 incentive payment for U-19 learner and need to pass this on to them.  They have asked whether or not they are allowed to pass this on to the learner?

Is this allowed?

No must be passed on to employer within 30 days of receipt from ESFA, it in the funding rules

Hi Martin,

Yes I am making arrangements to pass it on to the employer as usual.  They want to know if they can then pass it on to the learner?

What the employer uses the payment for is up to them, but the payment must be paid to the employer by the provider and not to the Apprentice.
