We have an apprentice starting in September in a school that is TTO and part time - 21 hours per week.
We have followed the new guidance for TTO apprentices (draft rules) but there is separate guidance for part time. There is no guidance for both!
As we understand it at the moment, she would have the minimum duration extended from 78 to 132 weeks and would do 4.2 hours OTJ per week. Has anyone else had a similar scenario yet?

The OTJ hours are always the same for part time and full time (30hrs) as the duration for part time must be extended in proportion to the standard 30 hrs (normal duration X (30/Part time hrs)).
