P298.1.2 If moving from part-time to full-time, the programme must still meet the minimum duration and off-the-job training requirements.

Question..."minimum duration" meaning 20% of the original part-time hours or of the new full-time hours, calculated pro-rata, from the point they move to full time within the programme?
