The Planned End Date should be set in consultation with learner and employer at the start and should only really be changed because of an admin error. If a learner goes long, then that's just a thing that happens.
If you're reducing because of prior knowledge then you must know that the learner has the prior knowledge or why are you reducing?

Change of end date within 45 days

Hi we have a learner who has prior knowledge so we will be reducing the time on programme and the price, but we wondered, if that once she starts and we feel she does in fact need full training, are we able to amend the planned end date if its within the first 45 days?
