Has anyone come cross the (Internal monitoring rule FMI65) T Level industry placements minimum hours not met- report?

I cannot see which student this report relates to and it does not appear on the list of students downloaded on our Post-16 monitoring reports dashboard

Any help will be appreciated

Post-16 Monitoring

FMI65 is an internal monitoring rule and not visible to providers via the post-16 funding reports dashboard. It's triggered when T level learners' industry placements do not meet the minimum hours. Please check your T level learners and the hours you've submitted for their industry placements as this applies to more than one learner.

Hi, we were notified about this a while ago and I am just picking it up. All our T Level students have met the hours required and we have confirmed this on the results service. Does this FRM look at the planned hours recorded in the ILR?
