Has anyone else been contacted by employers about an invoice they have received from the DfE on behalf of the ESFA asking them to pay back their second Hire a New Apprentice payment? We are trying to work out whether it is genuine as the learner has not withdrawn and has been in learning for over 365 days with no mismatches on the Apprenticeship Service.
