Apprentice Progressing onto another Apprenticeship

Hi All
I have an apprentice who will have completed EPA in August, & therefore will go through upload as an August completion.
My question is;
What is the earliest date they would be able to start a new Apprenticeship with us? -
I was hoping to start them as soon as the EPAO had signed off all the elements and given a completion date. But unsure if they would have to go through upload as a completion before progressing.
I do hope this makes sense & appreciate anyone's view on this.....
