A quick google brings up this, which appears to be current:
So where they employ under 25s on Standards (obv) their Class 1 NICs should be lower. Seems to have been knocking around since 2016.

Morning,
We have been asked whether apprenticeships offer tax or NI benefits? A company we are currently working with have reason to believe that some apprenticeships offer tax and NI benefits and some do not. I've personally not heard of this, has anybody else and can you shed some light please?
