Recording hours for T Level Transition programmes

Created

None

Hi all, im looking at PDSAT 22Y-204 Learners with qual hours for non qual programmes and this report is listing quite a few T Level transition learners.

The majority of the programme appears to be EEP hours, ie ENRICH, work experience

Is anybody able to confirm if the hours for the T Level route level class code are classed as planned or EEP? Im assuming EEP but just wanted to double check?

Also, should we be recording planned and EEP against the ZPROG001?

Many thanks

Please see below clarification from the ESFA that ZTPR codes are not expected to have any hours assigned to them.

The ZTPR class code is a flag to tell us what T level route the student is doing their T Level Transition Programme in, and to determine programme cost weights, but no, we wouldn’t expect there to be any hours assigned to this learning aim in the planned hours recorded for the student.

You should record additional learning aims (either external regulated qualifications or class codes representing in-house provision) to reflect activity for which the student has planned hours recorded.

Please do not hesitate to contact us again if you have any further queries.

Kind regards
