DLOCK_10 - The employer has stopped payments for this apprentice

We have a learner appearing on our Apprenticeship Data Match Report with the following error message "The employer has stopped payments for this apprentice". However we are already aware of this and have processed the learner as an early leaver on our system. Any ideas on why we are still getting this as data mismatch?

I'd like to know the same, we have a number of learners with the same DLOCK, and also others where "The employer has paused payments this the apprentice", they have been recorded as being on a Break In-Learning in our ILR so why the DLOCK?
