I think it's a bad idea to try and do it completely formulaically unless you know exactly how many OTJ hours you ascribe to each KSB and that this is always the same for a given Standard... I'd advise using something a bit more flexible or you'll be doing yourself out of funding you deserve...
Quick try but this only calculates the min OTJT hours and reduces the Total Price as per the funding rules where is a reduction due to prior learning OTJ hours or no reduction when 0 is recorded.

Hi all,
I'm trying to create a formulated spreadsheet to calculate OTJ hours and reduction in price for apprentices with RPL - has anyone produced anything they would be willing to share as ESFA haven't published their templates as of yet.
