Is NSF & L3FreeCoursesForJobs the same funding?

Could someone tell me if National Skills fund has been replaced by L3FreeCoursesForJobs? I've downloaded the quals eligible for funding ESFA spreadsheet and can no longer see a column for National Skills Fund - maybe its me.
