Hi, I think I know the answer to this, but just for clarity we have an apprentice who we had to withdraw as he was changing employer but it was over the 30 days. He has started with a new employer on 1st August and therefore will be restarting - does this mean that we have to follow all of the new funding rules or will he still be under 21/22 rules as that was when he originally started?
