We have a learner who i've been informed needs financial support to complete the apprenticeship. I have been told they are a care leaver, but they have already started the apprenticeship and have been on programme for several months. Can the bursary be applied for through the ILR at a later stage and still be paid to us to pass onto the learner? What is the situation with the employer and provider receiving funds too? Thanks.
