Here the thing, it just says "exams", so we have to read it as all of them. Problem is they don't think people take exams on standards apart from EPA because so few have mandatory quals...
Not to mention the complete misunderstanding of pedagogy that claims that revision isn't new learning (if they know it, why would they revise it???). We can give Study Prog learners FOUR WEEKS of revision as part of their programmes and still count the hours...
Far be it for me to suggest workarounds, but "reflection" and "wider reading" still seem to be eligible and I'm sure there are other synonyms...

How is everyone reading this rule ?- Mock testing (relating to the end-point assessment) and exam revision (this activity does not meet the definition of off-the-job training e.g. the delivery of new and relevant skills).
Knowledge exams / EPA exams?
