The start date for this negotiated price is before the corresponding price start date in the employer digital account. Can the employer change the start date of the training after the learner has started. Learner started in May, but DAS says June. Thank you Laura

The employer cannot back date the start date in DAS, and you can only claim funding in the ILR from that date.
This is one of the checks you would do before the learner starts with you.
