R13 PDSAT

I'm trying to run a PSAT file for the R13 ILR, however the Return Funding Period remains stubbornly in R12. I've run 2 R13 ILRs which I've put through the FIS and have imported into PDSAT as a FIS file and as an ILR file but the funding period constantly shows 12. Can anyone advise what I'm doing wrong or what PDSAT is looking at?

Ah, it *is* "funding period" 12 though, because there isn't really period 13 and 14., so I'm sure it's taken the new data.
Contents page of the exported spreadsheet should show the right filename?
